No. idompe strictly permits one account per person, per household IP address, and per device. Creating duplicate accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any bonus funds. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact support to resolve it.

To permanently close your account, contact idompe support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request", or initiate the request via live chat. Our team will process the closure within 48 hours. Any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Note that KYC records are retained for five years after closure as required by law.

idompe does not charge any deposit or withdrawal processing fees on its end. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which idompe has no control over. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network fees, which are deducted from the withdrawal amount at the prevailing network rate.

The minimum withdrawal amount at idompe is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to that method being available for payouts. Players with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
